Warner Bros. Games Montreal has today announced Batman: Arkham Origins, a prequel to the highly successful Batman: Arkham Asylum. It has also been announced that Rocksteady Studios won’t be developing the prequel even though they responsible for both Arkham Asylum and Arkham City and instead WB Montreal has full access to Rocksteady’s custom modified Unreal engine to help capture the look and feel of the Arkham world.
Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate is a 2.5-D game developed by Armature Studio that brings the Batman Arkham experience for the first time to Nintendo and Sony handheld systems.
