During the recently shown Nintendo Direct broadcast we were treated to some lovely information and footage about upcoming Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on Nintendo 3DS and Wii U.
Set to release on March 22nd, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate will use the same save data across both versions so you can play out of the home and then carry on when you get home too.
It’ll also let you play four-player co-op in the home by having one Wii U user and three 3DS players. Alternatively you can play online with others via the Wii U version.
If that wasn’t enough, we’ll see a demo release next week on the eShop for both Wii U and 3DS. It lands on the February 21st, so keep your eyes peeled.
They’ll also appear in a special Wii U and 3DS bundle, with the 3DS bundle coming on the newly released black 3DS XL console with a copy of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate pre-installed.
