Last week we posted about how a certain Twitter drilled up hope to the iOS userbase over a potential flaw in Apple’s newest OS update – iOS 6.1. The update was speculated to include a vulnerability allowing hackers to hijack the firmware and jailbreak a whole host of devices that had been unhackable since the release of Apple’s 6th generation mobile operating system. And it turns out the very guy was absolutely right!

Any iOS 6.0 – 6.1 device (except Apple TV 3) can now be jailbroken opening up the machine in question for all sorts of crazy tweaks by using the ‘Evasi0n’ tool available here. What you do after then is completely up to you!
