Following the announcement of the PS4 from Sony, Capcom wanted to show off what the new console meant for them.

Capcom’s showcase started off by re-telling their strong and illustrious history with Sony, and how each console has allowed Capcom to expand its gaming repertoire and use the new tech that Sony has used in its consoles to go to that next level in its games. Adding more fear to the Resi franchise, creating better experiences for DMC fans etc.

They finished up with a tease of a new working-title called Deep Down, showing off what their new engine, titled ‘Panta Rhei’ could do. It seems to have a very Dark Souls vibe about it and it’s certainly got gamers wondering what part they will play in this fantasy quest.
