Takedown: Red Sabre is a kickstarter project that 505 Games has chosen to publish in partnership with Serellan Games.

Serellan Games is comprised of first-person shooter veterans who have been involved with titles such as SOCOM, to Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon series along with many others.

Founded by Christian Allen – who was creative director on the Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon franchise and lead designer on Halo: Reach – Serellan is looking to go back the genre’s tactical roots with Rainbow Six-style titles so they can offer realism.

The PC version looks to be first-person while the PlayStation 3 version will be third-person and feedback from the community will dictate the 360′s version.
