Gravity Rush‘s Kat and Starhawk‘s Emmett Graves are making their way into the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale ring from February 13th.
Having announced that they’d be featuring in the Sony brawler before it had even shipped, Superbot Entertainment’s community manager Dan Maniago took to the EU PS Blog to reveal two gameplay videos of the Sony heroes in action.
Kat specialises in being an up-close melee fighter that makes use of her gravitational powers and still makes use of her powers to zoom from one place to another while switching gravitational rotation.
Emmett, on the other hand, utilises his “Build & Battle” style from Starhawk as he calls upon different structures to aid him in combat – including Rift Extractores for AP and Flak Turrets that can fire at will.
A new level will also join the pair. Known as Fearless, this mashup of Heavenly Sword and WipEout will hit in February too and will be available to play online in ranked matches. If you want to play offline or in non-ranked lobbies you’ll need to purchase it.
Maniago also revealed that Kat and Emmett will be free to download for two weeks after their February 13th release. After that you’ll have to pay. He also teased that more All-Stars content is coming with a reveal set for March.
