Rockstar Games have announced that all the rumors were apparently true and that Grand Theft Auto 4 is scheduled for a release in 2013.

Rockstar Games have also released a new poster with the release window and an unknown character making a ‘peace’ sign or what can easily be thought to be a V for GTA V. They have also announced that beginning November 5th, the game is available for Pre-Order for the scheduled Spring 2013 release on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3
