With applications opening on November 3rd – 26th, Japanese Pokemon enthusiasts can sumbit their lottery entry to win the newly annoucned Charizard 3DS XL (LL in Japan) system before it becomes available to the general public.

Just like the limited edition Pikachu 3DS XL the Charizard variant will also become available for a limited time and only available through the various Pokemon Centre stores across the country. The system will still, of course, be region locked with no word yet on a worldwide release.

The Limited Edition Charizard 3DS XL system will go on sale from December 15th to January 14th retailing for the same 18,900 YEN price point as stardard 3DS XL handhelds.
