Killzone Trilogy Announced

September 6th, 2012

Having been rumoured for quite some time now, Sony have finally announced that Killzone Trilogy does in fact exist and will be releasing on PS3 soon.

Killzone Trilogy contains exactly what you’d expect, all three Killzone games in one pack, along with all the DLC needed to enjoy the game to its fullest.

Interestingly it’s the only way, currently, to get hold of Killzone completely remastered in HD – which would explain why it was a no show on PSN as a PS2 classics like originally promised.

You’ll be getting the Steel & Titanium, Flash & Thunder and Napalm & Cordite map packs for Killzone 2, along with the Steel Rain, Retro and From the Ashes map packs for Killzone 3.

Killzone Trilogy launches soon and will cost a reasonable €49.99/£40.85 (but probably £39.99) for all three games.

For now, here are some screens of Killzone HD and a trailer to enjoy.
