Announced during Sony’s Gamescom 2012 conference, and elaborated upon at their Tokyo Games Show conference, the PS3 Essentials range will be hitting the EU.

Tying in with the launch of the PS3 ‘super slim’ on September 28th, the PS3 Essentials range seems to be very similar to the previous Platinum range and the Essentials range seen on PSP.

Available for download from €14.99 and at retail for €19.99, these are pretty cheap games to snap up. No UK price was listed, but expect to see them at £17.99 in store and £12.99 online – online games are marked with an asterisk by their name.
