Two classic fighter games have today received a boost in their powers in MARVEL VS. CAPCOM ORIGINS. The freshly launched compilation title mixes in two of the ’90s most popular arcade fighters, Marvel Super Heroes and Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes updating their visuals for the higher resolutions and adding support for online multiplayer complete with 8-player lobbies and even a spectator mode with challenges and replay saving adding in for good measure.

MARVEL VS. CAPCOM ORIGINS offers both the one-on-one gameplay of Marvel Super Heroes with its unique Infinity Gem system and the two-on-two carnage of the original Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes.

MARVEL VS. CAPCOM ORIGINS releases today on Xbox Live Arcade for £11.99 with a Playstation Network release penned for the “very near future”.
