EA have released a rather teasing trailer for their snowboard series reboot SSX.

The trailer itself seems like nothing special, however it’s the small thing in the tease that raise a lot of questions.

It looks like the still unannounced multiplayer mode will support at least five players, and sees your opponents being rendered as holograms both in the helicopter and down the mountain – presumably so you can’t crash into one another.

The addition of competitive mutliplayer would bring it in line with the classic entries in the series, as currently an autolog style service is available.
