Saying this is a brand new trailer for The Last of Us is maybe going a little bit too far, however at Sony’s press conference at Gamescom 2012, a montage of some excellent bits from the series was shown.

Subtly tacked onto the end of the trailer was a little revelation about the main male protagonist Joel and his less than golden past.
