Turn your computer on and boot up that Steam client ASAP as the recently annouced Mann V Machine update for Team Fortress 2 is out today!

Announced just days ago, the Mann V Machine update effectivly came out of nowhere. After installing the 936mb update (unless you’ve been slacking with updates) you’ll be able to jump straight into the hundreds of servers offering the new wave-based AI gamemode – if you can squeeze through the thousands of other players storm the game right now anyway.

Launching with three maps, Decoy, Coal Town and Mannworks, the new gametype offers cash for kills that can be spent on upgrading your character for the remainder of the match.

We’ll hopefully have a brief hands-on write up online once we actually manage to poke our heads into a server.
