As part of the Instant Game Collection that comes with PS Plus, EU users will be getting EA and Visceral Games’ Dead Space 2 for free from now until the 5th of December.

As the sequel to the critically acclaimed Dead Space, Dead Space 2 sees you once again taking control of engineer Isaac Clarke as he wakes up from a coma in the massive space station known as The Sprawl. It’s frightening and unnerving stuff, perfect for some late night gaming sessions we say.

If getting Dead Space 2 wasn’t enough, PS Plus members also get 50% off all DLC, meaning that for the next two weeks you’ll get the Severed expansion, three extra special weapons and suit packs for Dead Space 2 at half price.

Atlus’ peculiar Rock of Ages tower defence meets pinball/battering ram game is also available for free to PS Plus users until the 29th August.

Also, on the 15th August both Darksiders and Renegade Ops will come down from the PS Plus store and two new titles will arrive for you to snap up.
