Activision is updating Skylanders: Cloud Patrol, their iOS app, this week. For fans of the 99¢ game that uses some of the characters from its console big-brother, there are several interesting updates and new powers for some characters.

Character updates include:

• Trigger Happy has all new Golden Anvil Rain that smashes everything
• Stealth Elf shoots with super speed
• Terrafin can now shoot rocks for an extra bonus
• Legendary Bash explodes all bombs with a Max Combo
• Flameslinger’s Ghost Swords work twice in a row

And some gameplay updates:

• Bigger bonuses and goals! New Elemental Coins with big bonuses and coin collecting goals for players above level 20
• Timing is everything! Now there’s less time for trolls in hideouts to regroup and improved pacing in later stages.
