During Capcom’s Summer Jam they revealed the first full gameplay trailer for their upcoming crossover title.

Project X Zone is a collaborative effort between Sega, Capcom and Namco Bandai, and apparently features elements from over 25 games.

It plays out like a strategy RPG with some action elements too. Really it’s just worth watching the trailer to get an understanding of what to expect.
