Apple’s latest OSX version is now available for purchase through the App Store.
Apple have spent a rather long time on the OSX operating system, however in that time they’ve unleashed various big cats onto their Macintosh computer range, and today the latest big cat has been unleashed – the Mountain Lion.
Mountain Lion boasts a whole host of improvements over the rather resource hungry – and pointlessly flashy – Lion OS that released a couple of years ago.
Featuring over 200 new features (some you’ll never even notice), Mountain Lion allows you to send text, photos, videos, contacts, web links and documents to any other Mac or iOS device with the new Messages app – it even lets you start a conversation on one device and then continue it on another.
Notes lets you speak words down onto a page with built in voice dictation and thanks to the inclusion of Game Center you can now play games head to head with Mac or iOS devices.
To top it all off, Mountain Lion is available for a rather paltry $19.99.
