As its Independence Day over in the States today, it means that not an awful lot of news is going to be coming out as we apparently all have to do our jobs according to American timetabling. What has appeared however is a possible, yet highly unlikely, Halo 4 console.

Spotted by a Flikr user in a Microsoft Store in Mall of America, Minneapolis, this rather special console was on display for all to see.

As LittleEnglishHaloBlog have suspected, this is more than likely just a custom console rather than a Halo 4 Limited Edition one. For starters it looks nothing like previous limited release consoles, it also is rather shoddily done in terms of placement. If anything it looks like a skin overlay on a standard slim console.

Anyway, it’s probably the biggest non-news article of the day – but as we said it’s Independence Day so deal with it.
