Giveaway: Adidas MiCoach PS3/360

July 25th, 2012

Adidas MiCoach looks to take the revolutionary next step in the fitness videogame genre and we have two copies for giveaway here and on our Facebook totaling four copies, two for each platform.

All you have to do to enter is to submit an entry in the comments below or on our Facebook under the corresponding wall post, telling us what you do to stay fit and keep healthy.

Contest is open to US residents only. Winners will be contacted in one week via private message on Facebook or via email.

Adidas MiCoach lets you train with over a dozen sport heroes including Dwight Howard, Josh Smith, and Ana Ivanovic. If that wasn’t enough it features over 400 exercises that utilise full body optical tracking so you can really get a workout going. You’ll be able to feel the burn whilst having fun thanks to training games as well as masterclasses in specific sports – complete with tips from the pros! Also, if you go jogging or running away from your console, you can still log all those activities and form an accurate representation of how your workout is going.

Adidas MiCoach is available now on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 and utilizes both Kinect and PS Move respectively.

I’m trying to eat better, but I haven’t set aside time for exercising yet.

I’ve been eating healthier. Since it’s the summer, I’ve also been jogging & running to get in better shape. Decided to balance both exercising & gaming so that I could enjoy these 2 activites.

To stay fit I get off the bus 3-5 stops away from where I actually need to get off to burn some extra calories.

I recently just got back into working out finally as I had a full ACL reconstruction on my right knee back in the middle of May and have been out of work since April …. I’m slowly and surely getting back into shape after not being about to do anything for 4 months now …. Along with the Knee exercises that I was given and my 3 times a week visits to the physical therapist I recently went on a 4.6 mile bike ride last week and am trying to get into a routine where i can do that at least once a week and then bump it up from their ….. I’ve been looking for a nice at home workout and recently heard about the MiCoach and am very intrigued about it for my ps3… hopefully this will be able to help me get back into the shape that i was in before the accident

I try and eat a well balanced breakfast in the morning, don’t binge on sugary sweets or processed foods and exercise lightly on a daily basis
