After there being a distinct lack of an appearance of the Dawnguard expansion for Skyrim on PC and PS3 after Microsoft’s 30-day exclusivity was up, it’s no wonder fans began to worry.

Last week Bethesda said news would be arriving in the coming weeks about the essential Skyrim 1.7 patch for PS3, indicating that Dawnguard wouldn’t be arriving for at least another month or so.

Today though, the news surrounding Dawnguard has become even more unnerving as one fan asked Bethesda’s marketing director if the title had been cancelled on PC and PS3.

His response of “Nothing has been said/announced about it,” really doesn’t inspire confidence. Hines then went on to say that  more information should be available “later this week.”
