The creative-lead on titles like Far Cry 2 and Splinter Cell, Clint Hocking, has been hired by Valve.
The influential creator left Ubisoft and went to Lucasarts – in which he left his position after two years in June this year.
The news came via a tweet of a photo of his son climbing the giant valve-tap sculpture at Valve HQ with the caption “Arrival (and son)”.
Details about what job position Hocking has taken up aren’t known.
