All NIS games are not published by NIS or NISA. They are all outsourced to other publishers like Koei or Square as examples. There really isn’t a NISE, sadly.

The NISA press release was broad, but we will look more into it. Right now, with E3 and all most people will be busy and can’t get an anwer right away.

Naturally this seems that they’ll be handling both EU and US distribution.

NISA will be publishing the game for the EU. XSEED is still developing WotS 4 for NA.
