When Ubisoft unveiled the incredible looking Watch Dogs at this years E3, it seems that they may have had bigger plans for the IP than first thought.

Having been in the making for two years already and looking incredibly impressive during their E3 press conference, Ubisoft may have been banking on the audience response even more than it fist appeared as Fusible are reporting that Ubisoft have been busy registering web domains for a Watch Dogs movie.

On June 14th Ubisoft registered a set of four web domains around the film idea. WatchDogsmovie.com, WatchDogsthemovie.com, Watch-Dogsmovie.com and Watch-Dogsthemovie.com were all registered and could well be set for use soon.

The idea isn’t really all that farfetched as it seems Ubisoft are looking to branch out into films with rumours surrounding a Splinter Cell film in the works too.
