Corsair’s second Computex announcement came in the form of some rather pretty DRAM modules. The company has expanded their popular Dominator range of PC memory to include top of the line “Platinum” quad and dual channel memory supporting all current generation AMD and Intel processors complete with light pipes. Light pipes!
Clocking in at a very impressive 2800Mhz, these platinum memory modules will come in 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB capacities with all the same tweaking features Corsair Link users have been getting used to over the past few months. And if that amount of customization and leg room wasn’t enough, the company will begin to offer colour light pipes to swap out the packaged white light strips attached to the Platinum memory sticks in the near future. Because they know PC enthusiasts love every bit of radioactive glow they can get from their machines.
Those interesting in seeing the in-depth timing specs can do so below. The Corsair Dominator Platinum packs are available right now.
