If you are as sporty as we are then it’s great to know that the BBC Sport app is now available in it’s beta stage on PS3.

This now means you can partake in no sport and just watch it instead, or at least pay partial attention to it whilst you do something more important to your life.

As it is currently still in beta not all the features are currently available, but it is still useable. The full service will go live just in time for Wimbledon so – insert tennis based pun here – and it’ll provide you with lovely HD coverage of the F1 and sweaty gurning close-ups of the Olympic athletes.

If you’re following the Euros you can also have a dabble at the matches the BBC are showing.
