Frictional – the geniuses behind PC horror title Amnesia: The Dark Descent (a game we played for your enjoyment) – have announced a sequel to their immensely popular scare-fest.

Set in 1988, you take on the role of Oswald Mandus in Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs.

The trailer below shows you that the dark and empty horror seen in the first outing is present once again, and this time noises are made in the dark.

Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs comes out on Fall 2012.
