Whilst the knowledge that Dead Space 3 was coming is nothing new, as it was leaked that it would be arriving by the end of the 2013 financial year, the first teaser trailer for the title has been released today.

The teaser features no gameplay at all, but instead is created through concept art, and really suggests the tone of the third entry; despite the trailers name, this could actually be a trailer for an upcoming graphic novel entry.

It seems that you will be playing this story out on a frozen planet rather than on the wreckage of a ship in space, and it even suggests that the Necromorphs will come in much bigger sizes for you to tackle.
