Huh, turns out Theoden wasn’t the first Saruman had used with that spell…...
Twisted Metal the upcoming game from Eat Sleep play is set to release in a few short weeks. Back in December David Jaffe, the creator of Twisted Metal said how he did not want the game to have an online pass. We got a chance to get our hands on a near-final build of the game this year at the Sony booth during the 2012 International CES and speak with QA Lead, Justin Trease. When we got a chance to play with the highly anticipated Twisted Metal and learn about its wide array of online features we simply thought if the title would include the now infamous Playstation Pass that requires all purchasers of a used copy to buy the pass in order to play online. Justin Trease, Twisted Metal’s QA Lead answered our concerns with a definitive “Yes.” This may come to a surprise to the hardcore Twisted Metal fans who have been following Lead Designer & Co-Producer David Jaffe on his Twitter and in the news.
Previously Jaffe has said the following, “I’d actually prefer that we don’t [include PSN Pass], even though it’s probably good business, only because we have such a mountain to climb in terms of gaining people’s good faith, especially in Europe, and really letting people know that this is a title that’s worth getting excited about.”
We hope that this does not sway players from picking up this really fun title and we are anxious to find out what the end result will be with the various gameplay modes, maps and vehicles, Twisted Metal looks to be the true Twisted Metal players have been waiting for.
