One eagle eyed trailer viewer over at Rely On Horror noticed something rather remarkable after viewing the trailer over and over again.

Writer Jorge Bocanegra noticed that protagonist Leon S Kennedy could be seen dual wielding a pair of pistols. It might not be entirely new to the series, as previous entry Code Veronica allowed you to do the same; but as Resident Evil 4 or 5 didn’t allow you to do it, this could be a welcome return. As Jorge speculates the dual wielding could move onto melee weapons or more.

Obviously this is pure speculation, and it could  be nothing more than a bit of cinematic wizardry, but still, it would be nice if it comes true.
